Poultry farms have played a significant role throughout human history, in feeding the growing population. A good environment is perfect condition for growth of poultry, preventing disease, and effective production. The temperature higher humidity favor bacteria hence production ammonia (NH3) by decomposition organic matter. Ammonia (NH3), carbon monoxide (CO), dioxide (CO2), Methane (CH4), hydrogen sulfide (H2S) are poisonous gases that can cause poultry diseases mortality. combination Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet Things (IoT), Edge Computing offer efficient intelligent stand-alone systems monitoring real-time, predicting, advanced automation. paper aims to monitor real-time predict barns' environmental conditions using an artificial intelligence algorithm. An system called Poultry-Edge-AI-IoT has been developed gather, hash, store, pretreat, filter, knowledge extract, transmit information from heterogeneous wireless sensor network. based on IoT, AI, detection potential stress, harmful gas concentration, prediction conditions. modular upgradeable.
